I wanted to take distance: I wanted to establish a perspective in order to come back later and be able to review my earlier posts, specially on the world situation.

Many things happened (not all of them positive ones) since my last article, published one year ago..

I want to start with my mother, Lady Jeanne. After her partial recuperation from her failed hip-surgery (that pruduced side effects) she settled in a beautiful apartment in Gulpen (Holland) with all the cares and love from her family, -specially from my brother Phil and my sisters Ginette and Monique. However her health wasn`t good enough and after some months of struggling, our beloved Mom finally passed away on February 16th, 2010. She was 90.

Meanwhile the terrific economic crisis is worsening and what I already predicted 18 months ago is exactly happening: the European Union has been on the edge of collapsing and Spain was almost in tecnical bankrupcy in May of this year. The PIGS are having a bad time getting out of the enormous black hole of debts and public administration costs and won`t be able to recover their normal sense in long time.

Spain has been specially hurt by the crisis because of a nefarious government that is still partially denying the facts; doesn`t do state-politics but pure, dogmatic and intolerant party-politics. The spanish government was given a strong reprimand not only from european leaders but Zapatero received also a special call from Obama (may 12th), urging him to rectify his ostrich posture and start reforms. The man is living in another world: doesn`t understand that social benefits and a guaranteed welfare state are only possible if the productive side of economy is stimulated.

The results of his erroneous policy are: over 20% jobless rate, 12% foreign debt, triplicated administration costs, legal insecurity (politicized), social fracture with an increase of tension, wrong decisions with respect to nationalisms (Estatut Catalán), unexisting foreign policy (only with Venezuela and Bolivia..), et al.

Within the spanish Senate FIVE coofficial lenguages are spoken with an extensive system of translators in between. Surrealism and idiocy of the best kind..

No bright future for traditional Spain. It`s getting towards an intolerant dogmatic leftwing despotism, dominating press, justice and increasing public administration costs through unnecessary regional governments. The unproductive european leftwing politics created a ficticious welfare state based on long term debts and without any stamina.

Helped by the unconscious liberals and backed by the reprehensible financial instruments, the whole colapsed and many years will be needed to recover.

Geert Wilders made a fantastic victory during the Dutch General Elections with 24 seats (from a 150 seats Parliament): Harry (Loser) Potter retires from politics after a 50% confidence fall of his voters. The purple cabinet was a quite erroneous decision!

Anyway, Nadal is back again and will hopefully win this afternoon`s Wimbledon final match against Thomas Berdic and thus increase his overwhelming distance with respect to the declining Roger Boabdil Federer.

Holland beats Brazil and will now face Uruguay for a place in the 2010WC Final. I can`t wait to see the big final between Holland and Spain, both best teams, where obsolete countries like France, England or Italy (even Brazil) have shown their most ridiculous faces (specially France) and have to analize their structures profoundly.

La France should take drastic measures against the components of this spoiled unpatriotic national immigrants team that has frustrated many (specially youngster`s) illusions by cracking the most elemental values: discipline, desire to excel, fight, national pride, humility..
