DEMOCRACY.
Power to the people. Democracy is a form of government where free general elections determine which public political formation (direct representation of the people) will hold power on an alternative base and during a certain period of time. The bases for democratic elections are: equality in rights for all citizens and a guarantee that enables free votations under respect and no kind of pressure. The results must be clean and binding.
Out of these democratic votations will result Parliamentary Groups that will form Government on their own (majority) our through Coalitions.
Votations are preceded by Electoral Campaigns headed by different Candidates of different formations, explaining their political programmes.
Democracy should further be the “guarantee” that Candidates cannot take advantage of their power and only fulfil their jobs as Administrators and Representants of a Nation, without any kind of Protagonism or hidden interests, personal or collective. Therefore, Parliamentary Opposition will audit and fiscalize the Government`s acts and eventually advance General Elections through a Motion of Censure.

Now let`s go to the facts: left policies have mostly been known as intolerant, respectless, arrogant, populist, deceitful, undemocratical and probably dictactorial forms of governments: USSR, CHINA, NORTH KOREA, CAMBODYA, CUBA, and many other states are the clearest paradigms.

Only in responsable and modern democratic states, left parties follow democratic rules: in less cultivated countries, where actions and reactions are of an extreme kind, populists have a wide breeding ground for their "performances" (Chavez, Morales etc). It`s easier to dominate an uncultivated person, pronouncing a Populist Nationalist Speech, than explaining boring social/economic arguments.
Other countries use Fanatic Religion for their domination aims.
Left Politics use mostly undercovered machiavelic methods to reach Government in order to take advantage of its Power. Dogma is mixed with promises.

Democracy is a widely used expression for freedom, however in many countries this freedom is a disguised way to totalitarism. The instruments can vary but the mostly used are: Religion and Media: "If you dominate the press, you dominate the public opinion".
In the Medieval World the order between political and spiritual rulers was of a mutual conspiracy: “You maintain them poor, and I will maintain them ignorant”. Nowadays the effective and dangerous instrument for mass domination is called: TV.

Who dominates TV, dominates mass! No arguments are needed, only a constant repeat of a ly is enough to create opinion. The rest is filled with populist, tendentious programmes, where an active sense of critisism isnot needed and you got your people convinced..

Paul Joseph Goebbels, the Minister of Enlightenment and Propaganda under Hitler was the first politician to strongly take advantage of the, by that time most popular and influential medium: the Radio.

The ruling left power (PSOE+Separatist Groups) dominates 80% of the Media (Grupo Prisa), thus being able to create news and misinform the (sleeping passive) public unable to react against undemocratic proceedings such as unbalancing political power by not respecting the SEPARATION OF POWERS.
Justice has become politicized and fully in hands of the ruling party, thus breaking one of the main pilars of Democracy: Equality, Guarantee for Freedom and Human Rights. Spanish Justice has lost it`s imparciality, took off it`s eye bandage and is now looking how to mine the Opposition Party, left without any defensive instrument.
Mr. Zapatero is moving on dangerous grounds, close to totalitarism: not respecting the fundaments of real Democracy; not applying his famous “Talante, Tolerance and Transparency” with equal sense.
Democracy, Mr. Zapatero means working for the Global Interest of a Nation, not ruling for half of it, crushing the other half without respect, without real dialogue and not considering any of his arguments. In a previous spot I already pointed his Party Policy over State Policy, which is the main error of this populist compulsive erroneous decision maker.
The last outrage was the last week`s coarse hunting party and subsequent diner organized for judge Garzón and Justice Minister Bermejo during a politically sensitive corruption probe in which different members of the Opposition Party (PP) are allegedly involved.
The unilateral witch hunt (socialist scandals arenot considered..) that started a couple of months ago against members of the conservative opposition party all over Spain, is a clear dilatory and distraction maneuver in order to alter the attention towards banal and relatively unimportant matters, compared to the unprecedented bad social and economic crisis that strikes Spain.
